We wanted to achieve a chunky Shetland jumper that had a real weight to it. We finally found a factory that could achieve this and we're chuffed to be able to share with you.

Shetland Wool has unique characteristics due to the harsh environment they face. Shetland sheep face a range of extreme elements out in the Shetland Islands which gives the wool its tight and wiry qualities that act like wind resistance. We use Super Soft Shetland Wool spun by JC Rennie who use premium Shetland wool. Shetland Wool is sometimes perceived as being itchy and uncomfortable to wear. If worn with correct garments, any itchiness that you might get will be reduced.

The Kenmore is a slightly oversized fit jumper – and meant to be worn that way. It's made using a seamless construction technique. It features a slightly relaxed crew neck with the collar a touch taller than usual on the neckline for that added warmth and robustness.
